On Saturday, October 5, 2024, the Clausthal University of Technology hosted another edition of its university disc golf championship: Six passionate disc golfers gathered at the mountain course in Altenau under beautiful weather conditions. This semester, too, the competition remained exciting until the very end, as only a single throw separated the two leaders heading into the final hole of the last scoring round. Claas managed to defend his extremely narrow lead and secure the tournament victory ahead of Philipp. But the battle for third place was also fierce until the very end; Lukas had more reserves than Tim and once again earned a solid third-place finish. No one got hurt, no discs were lost, and the participants had a lot of fun! We’re looking forward to the next University Disc Golf Championship in spring 2025!
