Would you like to experience the tranquility and the enduring joy of cross-country skiing?
Our beginner’s course, held in a relaxed atmosphere, teaches the basics—including proper equipment, fundamental classic-style technique, safety, and simple exercises for your first laps on the trail.
No prior experience is necessary—just a love of being active outdoors!

Beginners with little or no prior experience; a level of fitness sufficient for moderate walks is required.

• Properly putting on and taking off cross-country skis, as well as using poles
• Learning basic techniques (diagonal stride/classic style), gliding, and braking
• Safely mastering your first ascents and descents

• Hat, gloves, and sunglasses if needed
• Breathable, layered clothing

• Cross-country skis, cross-country boots, poles

If you do not have your own equipment, you can rent it at the ski storage room during opening hours: Mon–Sat 9:00 AM–12:00 PM and 4:00 PM–7:00 PM for a rental fee (see fee schedule).
