Full-Body Workout

The "Complete Body Workout" class is the perfect complement for anyone who is already active in other sports and wants to improve their performance and movement efficiency. This applies not only to runners, ball sports players, and winter sports enthusiasts, but also to all other sports enthusiasts.

Coordination skills play an essential role in daily life and sports, yet they are often neglected by most people. In this course, in addition to classic athletic training, we place special emphasis on improving balance, agility, and reaction time.

The course typically begins with a playful warm-up, followed by circuit training that specifically targets the core and deep muscles. This helps prevent injuries and improves posture. Afterward, we always focus on new coordination exercises, such as balance exercises and Lifekinetik.
