Running Club

Sign up weekly via the University Sports registration system.

Jogging is a form of recreational running. It boosts your athletic performance and strengthens your bones and joints. It also improves your stamina, and you’ll simply feel better afterward.

The running group is aimed at beginners and is also intended, among other things, to serve as preparation for the Campus Run.

We’ll always run between 4 and 7 kilometers.

So, are you interested? Then let’s meet every Monday at 12 p.m. in front of the Sports Institute. It’s located at Julius-Albert-Straße 2.

Please wear appropriate running clothes.
