Rules for gameplay during game sessions

Before each set during practice, both teams hold a meeting to agree on a playing system. If no agreement is reached, the coach makes the decision. The following basic rules apply: The set is usually made from position 3 (front center). If a team consists mostly of players who are already more experienced, the team may agree on a different system. This can be a set from position 2 (front right) without a designated setter. A 4-2 system with fixed positions is also possible. Mixed formations are not allowed (sometimes a set from position 2, sometimes a set from position 3). Rotations at the net during your own serve must also be agreed upon in advance.
