Yoga - Mindfulness & Relaxation

Weekly registration via the University Sports registration system.
Start your day with gentle yoga, breathing exercises, meditation, and holistic mindfulness through movement. Give yourself a break from your thoughts and worries. You’ll learn simple tools to help you relax, recharge, and restore balance in your daily life. Mindfulness helps you stay present in the here and now. Over time, you’ll find inner peace and live a more mindful life.
If you have them, please bring: your own yoga mat, (meditation) cushion, blanket, and wear comfortable clothing.
Please arrive on your mat a few minutes before the session begins! No prior experience is required.
