Zumba® Fitness

Weekly registration via the University Sports registration system.

The Zumba® Fitness concept combines a workout with the fun of a party through dance routines set to Latin American and international music. You don’t have to know how to dance; the most important thing is to move to the music and have fun doing it.

Please wear athletic shoes with a slightly grippy sole to prevent knee injuries. (e.g., no new running shoes).
