Weekly registration via the University Sports registration system.

This course program offers you the opportunity to systematically improve your fitness level! The goal is to develop a balanced combination of the fitness components—endurance, strength, flexibility, speed, and coordination—along with mental resilience. The different course levels help you find the right starting point. Using your own body weight as well as a wide variety of training equipment such as ropes, sling trainers, medicine balls, resistance bands, hoops, unstable surfaces, etc., everyone can quickly reach their next level while having a lot of fun.
