Full-Body Workout and Stretching

Have a great weekend!
After a roughly 20-minute warm-up, we’ll start with a varied
circuit training session or some fun Tabata exercises.

The goal is to target all muscle groups and keep your heart rate up.
We’ll mainly use our body weight but also weights, ropes, slings, and benches.

Afterward, we’ll have a 30-minute cool-down where we’ll work
on our flexibility.
The class is suitable for all fitness levels and is a great complement to the Body Athletic classes
(Mon/Wed).
