We constantly try out new game ideas, develop our own rules, and adapt familiar ball and movement games to our needs. In doing so, we experiment with different play equipment and create creative forms of movement that promote variety and motivation. In addition to various endurance and movement games, a versatile strength component is an integral part of every session. This ensures stability, strength, and healthy physical development—designed to be varied and easily accessible to everyone.
