Muay Thai

Sign up weekly via the University Sports registration system.

In Muay Thai training, we practice punches and kicks. We practice these both on punching bags and with a partner using focus mitts. At the end of each session, we do light sparring. The goal of the training is not only to improve your martial arts skills but also to improve your overall fitness.

Everyone is welcome to join the training, regardless of whether they have prior experience in martial arts or not. No personal equipment is required to participate in the training (sports shoes are not needed either).

Note

Wearing a mouthguard is mandatory; whether it must be used during training depends on the exercises.
