In Yin Yoga, you must let go of all physically focused concepts. It’s about letting go, stretching, and compressing. The practice focuses on the fascia, without relying on muscle strength. The key is to feel and be aware. Poses are held for 3 to 5 minutes.
Please bring: your own mat*, blanket, bolster (thick pillow), and dress in layers
Please arrive on your mat a few minutes before the class begins!
* If you do not have your own yoga mat, one will be provided free of charge.
