In our balance training sessions, we work on general fitness and strength, flexibility, and coordination. To do this, we use varied and diverse exercises and workouts, drawing on interval training (Tabata and variations thereof) and elements from yoga, for example.

Our group is open to everyone, even if you’re not into climbing. Just stop by and give it a try!
