Health Promotion at Clausthal University of Technology
Increasing demands, limited time, a heavy workload, and pressure to succeed? We’ve all been there! 🎓 That
makes it all the more important for us to consciously prioritize exercise, health, sustainability, and well-being in our daily lives. But who better to do this than the target group itself?
In the course “Sports Practice for Sports Engineers” at Clausthal University of Technology (TU Clausthal), students developed and presented posters this semester for the first time on the central theme of “Health Promotion at TU Clausthal.” This participatory approach allowed students to contribute their own perspectives, needs, and ideas to develop solutions that are truly relevant and effective—ranging from promoting physical activity and strengthening mental health to creating health-promoting environments, all within the setting of their own university.
