September 20 is International University Sports Day (IDUS). To get as many students, staff, and alumni from adh member universities as possible moving, the adh launched the digital adh-HOCHSCHULLAUF in 2020 with the support of its health partner, Die Techniker.

The adh-HOCHSCHULLAUF calls on students, staff, and alumni alike to lace up their running shoes. Within a set time frame, the goal is to cover as many kilometers as possible on foot within 60 minutes—both for themselves and for their own university.
 

In addition to attractive prizes for those who cover the greatest distance in 60 minutes, the top universities will also be honored. Furthermore, numerous extras await participants who have climbed the most elevation gain during their hour!  

It doesn’t matter if you use the full hour. What’s important is to get moving and collect kilometers for your university.

Afterward, simply track your results using a smartwatch or running app, take a photo, and submit them online. Free registration for the adh-HOCHSCHULLAUF is now open.
